ARTICLE 06 · Proof over performance
The song ends. The proof remains.
A radio play is fleeting. Its evidence does not have to be. APR Signal Ledger turns recorded airplay and audience response into sealed snapshots whose history can remain inspectable.
Verification must not exaggerate what happened. A sealed count is evidence of a recorded signal at a point in time — not proof of artistic quality, identity or universal popularity.
VERSION CONTROL
Living. Never silently rewritten.
When APR's positions evolve, a new version is published. Earlier versions should remain readable so the change can be inspected. In time, every published version can be sealed through APR Signal Ledger.
